    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 122, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike the senate judiciary committee amendment.

    2. On page 7, line 16, after the period insert "All fees collected pursuant to the Animal Sheltering Services Act shall be deposited in the fund.".

    3. On page 8, line 2, strike "appropriated" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature"

    4. On page 12, line 2, after "fee" insert ", not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00)".

    5. On page 12, line 8, after "veterinarian" insert "assistant".
