AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE THE AT-HOME INFANT CARE PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to continue the funding of the pilot at-home infant care program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
