AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT TO FUND A PRE-TRIAL SERVICES PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-two thousand one hundred dollars ($192,100) is appropriated from the general fund to the eleventh judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to provide for three full-time employees and operating expenses for a pre-trial services program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
