AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TWO ADDITIONAL FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES FOR THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the third judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to provide for salaries and benefits for two additional full-time employees for the third judicial district court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
