     1. On page 3, line 25, before the period insert ", or that person's employees, family members or agent of the prospective contractor".

     2. On page 4, line 1, add:

                "(3) "family members" means spouse, father,

father-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law."
