AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO MANAGE THE WORKS PROGRESS ADMINISTRATION ART COLLECTION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to manage the university's works progress administration art collection, including cataloging, appraisal and preservation. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
