    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 473

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new subsection:

         "F. Reports required pursuant to this section shall be made on forms provided by the department and shall be transmitted to the department as original documents. Copies of the reports shall not be maintained by the school district or charter school.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
