AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to expand the college of education and technology programs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
