AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PREPARE A DOCUMENTARY ON CONDITIONS ON THE PAJARITO MESA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to prepare a documentary film in conjunction with the film technicians' training program regarding conditions on the Pajarito mesa. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
