I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

GALLUP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER PRCHS-2005, RET

The local government division project in Subsection 209 of Section 45 of Chapter 347 of

Laws 2005 for a domestic violence shelter in Gallup in McKinley county may also be

expended to purchase the selected site for the shelter.
