three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to upgrade traffic lights at the railroad crossing to

the Rio Abajo conservation area in the Valencia soil and water conservation district in

Valencia county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

VALENCIA SWCD WHITFIELD WILDLIFE EDU BLDG

seven hundred sixty thousand dollars ($760,000) to construct a building and site

infrastructure and landscaping for the Whitfield wildlife conservation visitor and education

facility area in the Valencia soil and water conservation district in Valencia county

VALENCIA SWCD WHITFIELD WILDLIFE TRAILS SYSTEM

two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) to plan, design and construct a trail system

for the Whitfield wildlife conservation area in the Valencia soil and water conservation

district in Valencia county
