three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct improvements on

Milan street and Uranium avenue in Milan in Cibola county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

MILAN MULTIPURPOSE CENTER

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose center

in Milan in Cibola county
