five million dollars ($5,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a regional wastewater

facility in Ruidoso in Lincoln county

CLOUDCROFT WATER AND WWATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, construct and equip improvements

to the water and wastewater system in Cloudcroft in Otero county

to the department of transportation

RUIDOSO HIGHWAY MEDIAN IMPROVE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including landscaping, to the median at the intersection of United States highway 70 and

Sudderth drive in Ruidoso in Lincoln county

RUIDOSO STREET IMPROVEMENTS

sixty-eight thousand dollars ($68,000) to plan, design and construct improvements, including

resurfacing and drainage improvements, to streets in Ruidoso in Lincoln county
