five hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($515,000) for blueprint preparation for an installation

of infrastructure in annexed areas of Tularosa in Otero county

TULAROSA FIRE DEPT BLDG RENOVATE AND EQUIP

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate the fire department building and

purchase safety equipment for the fire department in Tularosa in Otero county

TULAROSA LIBRARY

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a library

facility in Tularosa in Otero county

TULAROSA PARKS PLAYGROUND EQUIP PURCHASE

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase and install playground equipment and

signage for parks in Tularosa in Otero county

TULAROSA RECREATION FACILITY CONSTRUCT

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) to design and construct a recreation facility,

including a swimming pool, in Tularosa in Otero county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

governor's laptop initiative, including related equipment and furniture, for the Tularosa

municipal school district in Otero county

TULAROSA MSD FIELDS IMPROVE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct improvements, including new turf, to

athletic fields in the Tularosa municipal school district in Otero county

to the office of the state engineer
