one hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000) to plan, design and construct improvements

to the water and wastewater system in Willard in Torrance county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

WILLARD MULTIPRPS CTR RENOVATE

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to renovate and construct improvements to the

multipurpose center in Willard in Torrance county
