I request that the following be funded:

to the cultural affairs department

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CTR EDUCATION BLDG

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to plan, design and construct an educational center building

for the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

VISTA GRANDE COMMUNITY CENTER BALL FIELDS IMPROVE

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and equip ball

fields at the Vista Grande community center, including installing field lighting, in Bernalillo

county

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FLAMENCO EXPANSION-ALB

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire, plan, design, expand, improve and equip the

national institute of flamenco facility in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

UNM CENTENNIAL ENGINEERING CTR CONSTRUCT

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the

Centennial engineering center at the school of engineering at the university of New Mexico

in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

UNM CENTER FOR DEV & DISABILITY INFO TECH

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install information technology and

to purchase books and equipment for the center for development and disability at the

university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
