three million five hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($3,515,000) to plan, design and construct

road improvements, including streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, in Portales in Roosevelt

county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

PORTALES BLDG ROOFS & ANIMAL SHELTER IMPROVE

six hundred five thousand dollars ($605,000) to construct improvements to municipal

building roofs and to the animal shelter in Portales in Roosevelt county

PORTALES COMMUNITY GYMNASIUM CONSTRUCT

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct a community gymnasium in

Portales in Roosevelt county

PORTALES DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVE

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for streetscape improvements to the

downtown area in Portales in Roosevelt county

PORTALES PLAYGROUND EQUIP

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install playground equipment in Portales in

Roosevelt county

PORTALES SKATEBOARD PARK EQUIP

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase and install equipment at the skateboard

park in Portales in Roosevelt county
