I request that the following be funded:

Carroll H. Leavell

to the department of environment

JAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design and construct upgrades at the

wastewater treatment plant in Jal in Lea county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

JAL EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEMS

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install emergency warning systems

in Jal in Lea county

JAL FIRE DEPT SUBSTATION

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to design and construct a fire department substation,

including heating and cooling systems, in Jal in Lea county

JAL LAKE/PARK IMPROVE

one hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($167,000) to construct, equip and furnish

improvements, including walking trails, lighting, sprinkler systems, parking areas and

restroom facilities, at Jal lake and park in Lea county
