one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct sewer lagoon

improvements in Roy in Harding county

ROY WATER/WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct water and

wastewater system improvements in Roy in Harding county

to the department of transportation

ROY STREET IMPROVEMENTS

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

roads and highways in Roy in Harding county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ROY MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY CONSTRUCT

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a

multipurpose facility in Roy in Harding county
