to the public education department

EDUCATIONAL TV EQUIP ON SCHOOL BUSES STATEWIDE

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to purchase and install televisions and VCR-DVD players

for educational programming in rural school buses statewide, to be used on school bus routes

that are at least thirty miles one way
