I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SOUTH VALLEY ACADEMY CHART SCHL SCIENCE BLDG-RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 81 of Section 19 of Chapter 347 of Laws 2005 to plan, design, construct and equip

a science facility at South Valley academy charter school in the Albuquerque public school

district in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

purchase a portable building to be used as a science facility in that school district.
