I request that the following be funded:

to the department of environment

ALB-BERN CO WATER UTILITY AUTHORITY W/WW SYSTEM

five hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($545,000) to plan, design and construct a water and

wastewater system for the Albuquerque-Bernalillo county water utility authority in

Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

HUBBELL HOUSE IMPROVE

one hundred eighty-seven thousand dollars ($187,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to and rehabilitation of the historic Hubbell house, to be used as an

educational and community facility in Bernalillo county

LOS PADILLAS COMMUNITY CTR IMPROVE

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to design and construct

improvements, including fencing, playgrounds, basketball courts and site amenities, at Los

Padillas community center in Bernalillo county

RIO GRANDE HIGH SCHL POOL IMPROVE

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to construct improvements to the

pool at Rio Grande high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county
