one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, survey, design and construct, including

right-of-way acquisition, the Abeyta circle in Dona Ana in Dona Ana county

EAST THORPE ROAD IMPROVE-DONA ANA

ninety-seven thousand dollars ($97,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including acquisition of rights of way, to east Thorpe road in Dona Ana in Dona Ana county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DONA ANA BOXING CLUB CONSTRUCT

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a facility for the Dona

Ana activity boxing club, including site and infrastructure improvements, in Dona Ana in

Dona Ana county

DONA ANA SKATE PARK REC FCLTY

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct and equip the skate park in the Dona

Ana recreational facility in Dona Ana in Dona Ana county
