fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct an educational center building

for the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

NM HISTORY MUS NNM TRADITIONAL HISPANIC ART COLL

two million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,250,000) to acquire, preserve, restore and

display, including the construction of display cases, the northern New Mexican traditional

Hispanic art collection at the New Mexico history museum in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county

to the second judicial district court

2ND JUD DIST JUDICIAL COMPLEX SECURITY SYS UPGRADE

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to upgrade the security system at the judicial complex of the

second judicial district court in Bernalillo county

to the department of finance and administration

•

ALBUQUERQUE LOW-INCOME HOUSING

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for disbursement by the New Mexico mortgage

finance authority pursuant to the Affordable Housing Act to renovate, expand and improve

infrastructure for low-income rental housing to be managed by the Albuquerque mental

health housing coalition in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the department of transportation

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct the Rio Grande pedestrian

observation platform on Central avenue bridge in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

UNSER/CENTRAL/98TH NEON ARCHES

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to design and construct neon arches at the

intersections of Unser and Central and Ninety-eighth and Central in Albuquerque in

Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

SOUTH VALLEY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the south

valley economic development center in Bernalillo county

ALBUQUERQUE RAPE CRISIS CENTER

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate, improve and equip a rape crisis center

in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

CENTRAL & COORS MEDIAN LANDSCAPING

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct landscaping on the

medians on Central between Unser and Ninety-eighth and on the medians on Coors between

Central and Bridge in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR., MEMORIAL-ALBUQUERQUE

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a Dr. Martin

Luther King, Jr., memorial in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the state fair commission

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a statewide

African-American performing arts and exhibit hall at the state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in
