SUMMARY

 Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 371 appropriates $500,000 from the General Fund to the State Commission of Public
Records (SCPR) for expenditure in FY 2007 for the Office of the New Mexico State Historian’s
New Mexico history web site to enhance content development for the existing site.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the General Fund. Content
development should be an on-going activity.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY 2007 shall revert to the
General Fund.
