committees of the NM Legislature. The LFC does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of these reports 
if they are used for other purposes.

 Synopsis of Bill  
 
Senate Bill 391 appropriates $1,500,000 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of New 
Mexico State School (now Northern New Mexico College -  NNMC) to fund graduate and post-
graduate program start-up, including planning, hiring faculty and staff, identifying curricula, ob-
taining a student learning outcomes assessment and improving the library.
