HOUSE BILL 182

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 9, line 3, after "jurisdiction" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 4 through "state".

     2. On page 9, line 4, after "terms" insert ", which jurisdiction is not a state,".

     3. On page 9, line 6, after the first occurrence of "the" insert "state".

     4. On page 10, line 16, after "administration" insert "in this state".

     5. On page 10, line 17, strike "principal beneficiary" and insert in lieu thereof "charitable beneficiary or beneficiaries that receive or are eligible to receive in the aggregate the trust's largest distribution".
