HOUSE BILL 233

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 1, after "facility" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

     2. On page 3, line 3, after the semicolon insert "and".

     3. On page 3, strike lines 4 through 11.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     5. On page 7, line 4, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 5 and 6 and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     6. On page 7, line 21, after "release" insert ", upon receipt of permission from the person with a mental disorder",.

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
