has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 9, strike "knowledgeable in respiratory care" and insert in lieu thereof "a physician certified in pulmonology".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
