AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to expand the university's educational television services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
