    1. On page 9, lines 17 through 19, strike Subsection D in its entirety.

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 9, line 21, strike the colon, strike lines 22 through 24 in their entirety and on line 25, strike "(2)".

    4. On page 10, line 4, strike "same date as" and insert in lieu thereof "earlier of the expiration date of".

    5. On page 10, line 6, before the period insert "or four years after issuance of the safety belt waiver placard".

    6. On page 10, line 9, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 10 through 12 in their entirety.

    7. On page 10, line 21, after "driver" insert "or passenger".

    8. On page 11, line 1, after "drive" insert "or ride as a passenger".
