has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "for operating expenses of the soil and water conservation commission and".

     2. On page 1, line 21, after "projects" insert ", with the advice of the soil and water conservation commission,".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
