    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 638

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 3, after "pathologists" insert ", social workers".

     2. On page 6, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(24) "social worker" means a person licensed as an independent social worker pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 61, Article 31 NMSA 1978;".

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
