    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 784, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 11, line 15, strike “2008" and insert in lieu thereof “2009".

    2. On page 25, line 14, strike “Ten million dollars ($10,000,000)” and insert in lieu thereof:

    “An amount equal to sixteen percent of the money paid to the state as revenue sharing by the Indian nations, tribes and pueblos that have entered into class III gaming compacts with New Mexico, not to exceed ten million dollars ($10,000,000),”.

    3. On page 27, line 5, strike “2007" and insert in lieu thereof “2008".
