AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SOFTWARE FOR THE MORA VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to purchase electronic health records software for the Mora valley community health center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
