HOUSE BILL 937

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 2, line 6, after "retrieval" insert ", including electronic retrieval,".

     3. On page 2, line 8, after the semicolon insert "provided that if records are older than five years, the fee shall not exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00);".

     4. On page 4, line 9, strike “April” and insert in lieu thereof “July”.

     5. On page 4, lines 10 and 11, strike Section 3 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
