    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 972

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 10, line 3, strike "September 1" and insert in lieu thereof "December 31".

     2. On page 13, lines 12 and 13, strike "Three hundred forty thousand dollars ($340,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)", on line 13, strike "the general fund to" and on line 14, after "fund" insert "to the board of barbers and cosmetologists".

     3. On page 13, line 15, strike the first occurrence of "Act" and insert in lieu thereof "Art".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
