     1. On page 1, line 16, strike “IDENTIFICATION CARDS” and insert in lieu thereof “INFORMATION;”.

     2. On page 5, line 21, strike “and voting”.

     3. On page 10, line 6, strike “identification card” and insert in lieu thereof “information”.

     4. On page 14, line 14, after “identification” insert “only”.

     5. On page 14, line 15, after “law.” insert “The secretary of state shall review and update these rules if necessary no later than March 15^th of even numbered years.”

     6. On page 17, line 25, strike “mailed” and insert in lieu thereof “sent”.

     7. On page 25, line 14, strike “IDENTIFICATION CARDS” and insert in lieu thereof “INFORMATION”.

     8. On page 25, line 18, strike “identification card” and insert in lieu thereof “information”.

     9. On page 25, line 22, strike “identification card” and insert in lieu thereof “information”.

     10. On page 26, line 5, strike “identification card” and insert in lieu thereof “information”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
