    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1228

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 3, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

     2. On page 4, line 4, after "property", insert a comma, remove the brackets and line through "licenses and franchises" and after "licenses", insert "other than the licenses of copyrights, trademarks or patents".
