SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 210

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, after "means" insert "unacceptable".

     2. On page 1, line 24, after "employee" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 in its entirety and on page 2, strike line 1 and insert in lieu thereof "and includes inappropriate touching, sexual harassment, discrimination and behavior intended to induce a child into engaging in illegal, immoral or other prohibited behavior.".

     3. On page 4, line 24, after "department" insert "and the licensed school employee".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
