SENATE BILL 363

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 20, remove the brackets and line-through "shall" and strike "may".

    2. On page 5, line 4, after "database" insert "and post those campaign reports on the secretary of state's web site within two weeks, along with the campaign reports that have been electronically filed".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
