    1. On page 3, lines 16 and 17, strike ", regardless of the number or placement of those wheels,".

    2. On page 3, line 18, after "roller", insert ", but "skates" does not include a pair of devices, similar to a pair of common shoes, that has one or more wheels embedded in the sole of each device".
