has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 2, strike “fifty dollars ($50.00)” and insert in lieu thereof “one hundred dollars ($100.00)”.

    2. On page 3, line 16, strike “fifty dollars ($50.00)” and insert in lieu thereof “one hundred dollars ($100.00)”.

    3. On page 4, line 7, strike “fifty dollars ($50.00)” and insert in lieu thereof “one hundred dollars ($100.00)”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
