AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PLANNING SUPPORT TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF SEVERELY MENTALLY ILL ADOLESCENTS RESIDING IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal years 2007 and 2008 for planning support to address the needs of severely mentally ill adolescents in the third judicial district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
