SENATE BILL 620, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, after "REQUIREMENTS" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 15 up to the period.

    2. On page 6, lines 9 and 10, strike Section 6 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    4. On page 6, line 14, strike "Sections" and insert in lieu thereof "Section".

    5. On page 6, line 15, strike "and 6" and strike "January" and insert in lieu thereof "July".
