    1. On page 3, line 11, strike "forfeited to the state" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to forfeiture".

    2. On page 3, line 19, strike "forfeited to the state" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to forfeiture".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
