    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 1074

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 15, after "means" insert "a".

    2. On page 5, line 17, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "of:".

    3. On page 5, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subparagraphs:

                  "(a) a prospective contractor, if the prospective contractor is a natural person; or

                  (b) an owner of a prospective contractor, if the prospective contractor is a business in which one hundred percent of the ownership interest in the prospective contractor is held by less than fifteen natural persons;".

    4. On page 5, line 23, strike "who" and insert in lieu thereof "or business that".

    5. On page 5, line 25, after "person" insert "or business".
