SENATE BILL 1105

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "REQUIRING" and insert in lieu thereof "ALLOWING".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "LANDS", strike the line up to the period.

    3. On page 2, line 5, remove the brackets and line-through.

    4. On page 2, line 6, after "mobile" insert "or" and after "alternate" insert "early".

    5. On page 2, line 7, strike the semicolon.

    6. On page 2, strike line 8 in its entirety and strike line 9 up to "on".

    7. On page 2, line 10, after "land", strike the line up to the period.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
