one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase heavy equipment for the northwest
New Mexico solid waste authority in McKinley and Cibola counties
NWNM REGIONAL SOLID WASTE AUTH LANDFILL CELLS
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design and construct landfill cells for the
northwest New Mexico regional solid waste authority in McKinley and Cibola counties
SAN JUAN CO SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION CONSTRUCT
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a solid waste transfer
station to serve the residents of the Chaco plant, Navajo agricultural products industry and
Huerfano chapter areas of San Juan county
to the department of transportation

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct improvements
to county road 4 in McKinley county
ALLISON RD GRADE SEPARATION-BNSF RAILWAY CROSSING
one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire rights of way for and plan, design and construct a
grade separation on Allison road over the BNSF railway to connect the commercial area
north of interstate 40 to the downtown area in Gallup in McKinley county
to the Indian affairs department

RAMAH CHP MEAT PROCESSING PLANT
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire land for, plan, design and construct a meat
processing plant, including site improvements, for the Ramah chapter of the Navajo Nation
in Gallup in McKinley county

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to plan, design and construct bathroom
additions in the Tse de Tha Canyon/Springs area of the Manuelito chapter of the Navajo

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct powerline extensions in
the Mexican Springs chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a recreation complex
in the Mexican Springs chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to construct a government office complex in the
Twin Lakes chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county
TWIN LAKES CHP OUTDOOR MARKET PLAZA
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct an outdoor market
plaza in the Twin Lakes chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county
TWIN LAKES CHP STORAGE WAREHOUSE/GARAGE
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design a warehouse and garage to store
heavy equipment for the Twin Lakes chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county
to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

MCKINLEY CO FIRE & RESCUE HAZ-MAT UNIT
forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to purchase a haz-mat unit for the McKinley county fire
and rescue department
GALLUP LOW-INCOME APARTMENTS RENOVATE
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate a facility for low-income apartments in
Gallup in McKinley county. The appropriation is contingent upon the enactment into law by
the first session of the forty-eighth legislature of Senate Bill 534 or similar legislation and
further contingent upon an ordinance being enacted pursuant to Section 6-27-7 NMSA 1978
GALLUP MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY CONSTRUCT
one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to plan, design and construct a
multipurpose facility, including hangar space, classrooms, offices and storage, in Gallup in
McKinley county

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, remodel, equip and furnish the northwest
New Mexico council of governments' building in Gallup in McKinley county
WASHINGTON PARK IMPROVE
one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip
improvements to Washington park in Gallup in McKinley county
THOREAU OUTDOOR RECREATION FACILITY CONSTRUCT
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a regional outdoor recreation
complex in Thoreau in McKinley county
SAN JUAN REGIONAL ANIMAL SHELTER
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for phase 1 of the San Juan regional animal shelter
project, including a feasibility study, plan and design of the facility, acquisition of property,
construction, equipment and furnishings, in Farmington in San Juan county
to the board of regents of New Mexico state university
