three hundred ninety-one thousand two hundred dollars ($391,200) to plan, design, construct
and equip a potable water fluoride treatment system for the Rodeo mutual domestic water
mutual sewage works association in Rodeo in Hidalgo county
COLUMBUS & COLONIAS WATER SYSTEM IMPROVE
six hundred sixty thousand dollars ($660,000) to plan, design, construct and equip
improvements to the water system, including purchasing water rights, in Columbus and the

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct sewer lines and
connections on New Mexico highway 195 in Elephant Butte in Sierra county
